Unlocking Potential: Transformative Business Planning Insights w/ Donelle DuFault, Kili Rahbeck, & Lisa Dunn
Our speakers will highlighted the untapped potential of business planning. You will hear stories of remarkable success driven by visionary thinking and discover how embracing transformative ideas can position you for a prosperous 2024 and beyond.
Rather than attempting to address an entire year or a broad goal, breaking down business planning into manageable chunks, such as quarterly objectives, can be more effective. This segmented approach helps prioritize tasks, allowing for better focus and increased chances of achievement. Think of it as the old adage, "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time."
The current state of your business is a reflection of past efforts, particularly actions taken in the previous quarter. To ensure continuous progress and alignment with your goals, maintaining daily accountability through checks on income-producing activities is crucial. Such a consistent review ensures that every effort contributes to the larger business objectives.
Happy New Year! 2024 business planning starts NOW! By starting in September, you have the time and ability to adequately prepare for the first of the year. Do not neglect executing your current business plan for 2023, but does it need a tune up coming into this critical time of year? The last quarter of the current year is the most important quarter and it is what will set you up for success in the coming year.
Including the last quarter of 2023 in your 2024 business plan also gives you time to research and plan for new marketing ideas and educational opportunities to expand your skill set. Give yourself the timeline to accomplish education and marketing. Be sure to include in your plans ways to reach out directly to clients and ways to network with other professionals. Be intentional!
