The firm will assist New Home Builders with sales and marketing as well as lot selections, design and color solutions for their new projects.
As Certified Relocation Specialists, the company assists home buyers and sellers with moving in or out of the city or country. Our agents have worked with transferees from Houston’s top medical institutions, energy, oil and gas, NASA, the FBI, numerous NBA, NFL and MLB teams, Brookfield, Cartus, Sirva, Weichert, Prudential Relocation and many more.
Tiffany is a member of the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (real estate professionals trained in the marketing of Luxury Homes) where she holds the Million Dollar GUILD certification for successfully marketing and selling Million Dollar homes. Tiffany has a wealth of knowledge on how to competitively market and sell homes of all price ranges. She is one of less than 1000 Realtors in the state of Texas to hold the Certified Negotiation Expert Designation (agents who have undergone extensive training in real estate negotiations).
A Multi-Million Dollar Producer during her time in sales, Tiffany had a 6 week average time on the market for listings sold. She is an active member in the Houston, Texas and National Association of Realtors. Tiffany now trains and helps the company's agents grow as individuals and as teams.

Interview Highlights
We’ve read so much about your recent achievements and will talk more about those later. We love to know how people started on their leadership journey… where did yours begin?
My leadership skills evolved through YPN and WCR early in my career. Without the referrals of YPN, I would not have been able to continue in real estate during the downturn. When I initially came in out of college, all of my friends were looking for jobs or going back to school. I had a very limited pool of clients so I had to be creative and quick. Being able to handle the many areas of both organization prepared me for a strong business in sales and evolved into a brokerage. I operate my brokerage identical to the organizations I've led. Each of the those organizations achieved outstanding performance awards nationally. I am doing the same in structuring and operating my brokerage.
As you look back, tell us about your favorite failure. Perhaps it was a risky move that didn’t pay off, a failed project or hire... How did you address it? Did you ask for help?
Common sense isn’t so common!
In honor of Women’s History Month, we want to celebrate and highlight the achievements of women making HERstory in Real Estate. What advice do you have for women who are ready to make their mark?
Youngest to receive the Houston “REALTOR of the Year” Award.
In 2020, you acquired Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise in Houston, Texas. Curry becomes the first 100% African American owner of a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in the world.

Justina, her Grandma 9 Juniors names after her…. WOW!
