Held on June 11 at the Westin Pasadena, the 2025 WomanUP!® Annual Conference brought together a dynamic community of women and allies for a powerful day of connection, inspiration, and action.

Opening with Purpose

The day began with powerful words from C.A.R.’s Leadership Team, setting the tone for a day focused on bold leadership, connection, and empowerment.

“WomanUP!® started as a conversation and it has become a movement.”

Attendees were reminded that the goal of WomanUP!® is to inspire real action, provide real-world strategies, and help women move up and find their voice in the real estate business.

Empowerment at the Core

Sara Sutachan shared this year’s theme, “Empowerment,” encouraging attendees to unleash their voices and take charge of their journeys. She highlighted the legacy of women in real estate, including the trailblazing history of women leaders in C.A.R. and NAR. With 2025 marking C.A.R.’s 120th anniversary, this moment was a reminder of how far we’ve come and how much further we can go.
