This week, we have two Broker/Owners, Debbie Wong (Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Thrive in California) and Sharon McLennon (CB Splendor Realty in Florida) are joining us for a conversation around “Starting A Brokerage”! They tell the story of what inspired them to start their own brokerage, why they chose to affiliate with a nationally recognized brand, and how the journey has been - so far.
These bold leaders also share their wisdom and advice for those who are new to this path or starting to think about opening their own brokerage.
