This episode is a powerful reminder that every journey starts with a goal and that the right goals should feel exciting, a little scary, and deeply intentional.
Our special guest, Jackie Soto, Founder and Broker of Record of eHomes, shared her inspiring journey in real estate. Motivated early on by other women in the industry, Jackie set a clear goal to become a broker by the age of 30. She reached that milestone, then set her sights on aimed to opening her own brokerage. Today, she leads five offices and speaks on major industry stages, including Inman, the C.A.R. Broker Conference, and Zillow.
One of the biggest takeaways from Jackie’s story was that big goals are built through small, consistent actions. Momentum comes from learning the “how,” breaking goals into manageable tasks, and stacking those efforts over time. As Jackie put it, “If your goals don’t scare you, they’re not big enough.”
Whether you’re an agent or a leader, you’re running a business. That means setting clear goals, tracking progress, reassessing often, and letting go of what isn’t working. Jackie emphasized the importance of testing ideas, innovating, and focusing on strengths that truly drive growth.
This is where WomanUP!® plays a important role. Success in real estate is shaped by daily choices, and there’s real pressure that comes with knowing your income depends on your actions. Community, encouragement, and shared perspective matter. Sometimes, the most powerful reminder is how far you’ve already come.
This episode reinforces that setting bold goals, consistent tracking, and the right support system can transform not only your business, but also your confidence as a leader.
