I recently retired from my role as CEO of two global real estate brands within the Anywhere (NYSE:HAUS) portfolio of brands. During my extensive career I have had the opportunity to create distinctive value propositions that help individuals and companies stand out in a very crowded industry.
My passion lies in using my unique skill set to bring out the best in people from a business perspective.
I have mentored and coached many individuals to exceed their wildest expectations. Utilizing my ability to look at challenges from a different lens has allowed me to uncover great opportunities for others.
My desire to give back has afforded me the opportunity to be involved with start-up companies and charities from the ground up.
And now I am thrilled to continue giving back to the industry I am so attached to by serving as Executive Advisor for Anywhere Brands. About Pam O’Connor:
Following her retirement in April, 2018 from her 21-year role as president and CEO of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (“LeadingRE”), Pam is giving back through selective real estate brokerage consulting engagements, as described at http://www.pamoconnor.com.
In her career, she most recently built LeadingRE, the largest global residential network of 575 premier locally-branded real estate brokerages, with 4,000 offices and 130,000 sales associates in 69 countries producing over 1.2 million transactions/$365 billion annually. The company's operations included Luxury Portfolio International® for multi-million-dollar properties, and RELO Direct®, a full-service corporate relocation company. She now serves on LeadingRE's board of directors.
Pam managed real estate and relocation organizations for over 30 years and was the first woman to head a major real estate network. Prior to that, she held positions with WSB-TV television in Atlanta; a major national real estate development firm, Equity Realty; and co-owned Bryson-O’Connor Public Relations in Atlanta. She has been honored on top real estate influencer lists of the National Association, Inman News, the Swanepoel Power 200, and Real Estate Executive magazine. Pam has served on numerous advisory boards, including Docu-Sign, Upstream, the University of Tennessee College of Communications Board of Visitors, the Corporate Relocation Council of Chicago, Worldwide ERC, and is a frequent industry speaker and author.
