Every year, we look for women in the WomanUP!® community to help us amplify our mission. These WaveMakers are mentors, business owners, seasoned REALTORS® and Brokers, and everyday mothers and sisters!

Stacey (She/Her); Head of Community & Industry Relations for Follow Up Boss
Early in her schooling, Stacey Soleil’s teachers informed her parents that she was an “overly social butterfly” & that this may affect her abilities to succeed. Flash forward 20+ years and that same social butterfly has manifested her “quirks” into her career superpowers!
As Head of Community & Industry Relations for www.followupboss.com, Stacey assists with business development at industry events, curates Peer-Led Masterminds & panels for industry events and is the force behind the Follow Up Boss Success Community (an award nominated, world-wide collaborative group designed to share Follow Up Boss best practices and wins). Stacey is a passionate student of the industry, and also works closely with the internal Product Development team to ensure that the latest industry nuances & best practices are in alignment with the product updates & tools being provided. Additionally, Stacey is an adjunct instructor with the Residential Real Estate Council, a WomanUP! Wavemaker, an Alumni Inman Ambassador, as well as a contributing writer to Inman News.
Pam Blair; Broker/Owner of YogaBug Real Estate LLC
Pam is Founder/Broker of YogaBug Real Estate LLC -a Portland indie brokerage that weaves together excellence in real estate concierge services and holistic, mindful living. She relies on expertise and intuition equally to holistically support our client’s well-being in mind, body and spirit through the practice of real estate.
Her office is an adorable Shasta Airflyte trailer that brings her and her clients great joy.
Pam’s crazy about her 2 border collies, hiking mountains, surfing in the ocean and spending time with her artist husband who also works in the brokerage. She's been a yogi since 1997 and loves sharing that passion.

Cathy; CAR & SFAR Director
Cathy has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and brings a wealth of experience to the table. As a current director with both CAR and SFAR she has seen a lot and has learned valuable lessons along the way that she is passionate about sharing with others.
Cathy has managed and led successful teams and Offices in the San Francisco area and personally sold over 275 residential properties in her career. Her real-world experience in real estate gives her a unique perspective that allows her to teach and mentor others with clarity and authority.
Cathy's approach to leadership is rooted in her belief that success in real estate comes down to building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
Donelle; 2023 First Vice President of the Women's Council of REALTORS®
Donelle is an experienced REALTOR® with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing excellent service and advocacy to her clients.
Donelle involved in the real estate community, including 2023 First Vice President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® California, President of the North San Luis Obispo Association of REALTORS, Assistant Regional Chair for the California Association of REALTORS, and is a member of Land Use for the National Association of REALTORS.
Aside from her work in real estate, Donelle is an active member of her local community. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, taking walks with her dog Zoey, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Q1: What inspired you to join the WomanUP!® Community and then apply to be a WaveMaker?
1: Pam I was invited to speak at the 2019 WomanUp! Conference about Brand Authenticity. This motivated me to take my brand to the next level and start my own brokerage in 12 days so that I took the WomanUp! Stage as Broker/Owner of YogaBug Real Estate.. The amount of support from the WomanUp! Community was overwhelming. I chose to be a WaveMaker to have the opportunity to spread the mission of this movement and uplift others like I was uplifted. The community is truly amazing and transformational.
2: Cathy-I love the sense of community and joie de vivre-the joy of living-that WomanUp brings to life! This joy is expressed in community, collaboration, context, and content. We embody the “Both,And” mentality that lends itself to the creation of exceptionally diverse and dynamic leadership styles.
3: Donelle The Energy! Feeling connected to each other. The real conversations.
4: Stacey - For years I was a silent observer of the community. I would sit in on the FB livestreams, peruse all of the conversations, check out all of the social posts & Shine A Light stories about allllll of these amazing women inside our industry. I soaked up all the wisdom I could each week & eventually I set my sights on becoming a woman that other women could look up to. I reached out to Debra Trappen and said, “Anything I can do, I’m here to serve.” From that point on I was no longer silent and I immersed myself in all things WomanUP! If I seem like I’m overly enthusiastic and passionate about this community…it’s because I truly am. WomanUP! has changed my life and I KNOW it will continue to change more and more lives as each season passes. Who listening today is ready to raise THEIR HAND and say, “What can I do?”
Q2: What is one of your favorite pieces of advice you heard from a WomanUP!® speaker?
1: Cathy: 1-That Emotional Intelligence is a tangible difference maker. 2-That diversity and adversity builds empires.
3-That woman are no longer timid about their authentic way of being.
