Whether you are a leader of thousands or a solopreneur leading yourself right now - delegation is a tricky art to master. For some, it is easy to slip too far into delegating everything; for others, it’s hard to let go - resulting in a hustled and harried schedule. Yet in several studies, women were shown to be more successful investors than men were.
