They are the friends and colleagues you message in the morning to grab a coffee and "head over" to the event with...and who support you and your business.

You can be in as many as you want and they can have as many people in them as you want... this is simply a template to get you started. If you have one for each day - go for it. Have fun with it.

Write your list of people and invite them to join you at the virtual experience! There are no rules here. Our template holds 10 headshots, including yours. If you want to put together 2+ squads - go for it. Again, there are no rules here. Have fun with it! Our extroverted, social-butterflies are rejoicing. We see you.

PURCHASE YOUR VIRTUAL PASSES
If you have someone in your group who needs help with their ticket purchase, they can apply for a scholarship here. We don't want money to get in the way of empowering each other!

CREATE YOUR SQUAD SQUARE
This is your virtual "table"! Table of 10? Table of 6? We created a template for you (see the image above) to drop in your fave photos of each other and then share it with the world to inspire others to join you at the event! Be sure to tag each other in the image AND @WomanUPofficial + #IamWomanUP so we can see and share it with the community!

DOWNLOAD + meetUP IN THE VIRTUAL WORLD
While there is no travel this year, you will have to download a few things along the way. To get you all ready for the big event, we have access to a general version of the location. Our private WomanUP!® World island will be ready to download at the end of August, so doing this now allows you to tour the space, build your avatar, and get used to moving around! You can also start practicing your dance moves for the party on 9/2!

BUILD YOUR AVATAR
When you first enter the virtual world, you can change/customize your Avatar. She will travel with you to the WomanUP!® World when it is ready, so getting her all set will save you time the morning of the event. Are you always the group who wears the same bling tee-shirts, red shoes, black boas, or wild hats to show your connection and solidarity? You can all choose the same outfit or accessory from the virtual closet and make a statement - even in the virtual world!

SHARE YOUR AVATAR
Once she is ready, post her on your Facebook + Instagram accounts. Be sure to tag @WomanUPofficial + #IamWomanUP so we can see and share it with the community! You can see Leslie, Sara, and Debra's Avatars below... Have fun with yours, too!

CREATE A SQUAD GROUP
Whether you all connect on your text app, What’s App, FB or Instagram Messenger, or even Voxer... Create a group text where you can message each other the night before to figure out where you want to meet in the morning, share what sessions you are attending, post pics/videos to cheers during the socials, and share your favorite takeaways during the sessions. Think of this as your virtual “let’s meet in the lobby” option.

KEEP THE MAGIC FLOWING
After the event, you can keep your group text going and flip it into your accountability and check-in space, share pics from the event - yes, you will be taking pix and videos of the Avatars dancing - it is hilarious and so much fun, and so much more. We know your squad is your dearests, so once you create the ripple at the event - RIDE THE WAVE together.
