Q1: What do you believe is the biggest opportunity for leaders right now?
To re-invent themselves personally and professionally to create a new future.
Where I was, where I am, and where do I really want to go in life.
Q2: How about the biggest CHALLENGE?
A different kind of fear. One that includes emotional, financial, and physical.
Q3: What advice and resources are you sharing the most?
Advice would be to try and overcome our fears and manage our thought process of all the “what if’s” Advice would be for everyone to come together with love, kindness, and utilize their personal and professional sphere and community to empower each other.
Q4: What tips do you have for leaders on how to communicate effectively right now?
Learn to listen first, and master the art of listening.
Be present and in the moment when you are communicating, and lead with calmness and confidence.
Additional Words of Wisdom
Create a power hour once a week with at least 10 people of the same and different professions and set mutual goals and brainstorm. And make it fun!
