What’s included in my ticket?

• $2,299 ALL ACCESS PASS - this option includes 3 nights, run of house at the Seabird Hotel on 6/12, 6/13 and 6/14 checking out 6/15. The fee includes room, tax and Resort Fee charges but does NOT include incidentals or dinners, you will need to provide your credit card upon check in for those extras. The fee also covers the WomanUP!® Retreat ticket, one welcome sip, two breakfasts, two lunches, all of the collaboration sessions, poolside soirée, one group experience, optional playtime, and our signature swag bag. 
  
   

• $799 RETREAT TICKET - ALUMNI + C.A.R. Members:
  This option is for C.A.R. Members and those who have attended a WomanUP!® Conference in the past. This option covers your WomanUP!® Retreat ticket, one welcome sip, two breakfasts, two lunches, all of the collaboration sessions, poolside soirée, one group experience, optional playtime, and our signature swag bag.
  
  This option does NOT include hotel, transportation or dinners.
   

• $899 RETREAT TICKET - Non-Members:
  This option is for non-C.A.R. Members. This option covers your WomanUP!® Retreat ticket, one welcome sip, two breakfasts, two lunches, all of the collaboration sessions, poolside soirée, one group experience, optional playtime, and our signature swag bag.
  
  This option does NOT include hotel, transportation or dinners.

I want to share a room with a friend. How does this work?

If you would like to share a room, one attendee may purchase the All Access Pass and the other a Retreat Ticket. Since the All-Access Pass includes a 3 night stay, you may request a double queen and split the cost for the hotel portion of that pass. 

 

Is there childcare provided?

Children under the age of 8 are not able to attend. Children 8 and older are permitted to attend with a valid ticket add on. Their name must be present on the ticket with a form of identification (school ID). Present your child's ticket at the time of registration.

WomanUP!® and C.A.R are not responsible for child care throughout the duration of the 2023 WomanUP!® Retreat. Children must not be left unattended. Adult attendees must be present with the child at all times.

What happens if I paid but cannot make it? 

We know stuff happens, we will gladly refund your entire ticket on or before May 11, 2023. After that date, please see our Registration Policy below:

Registration Policy

By registering for the WomanUP!® 2023 Retreat, you agree to the following terms. 
This registration policy is subject to change at C.A.R.’s sole discretion.
 

Cancellation by Registrants

Please note the following important dates in 2023 for cancellations and/or refunds. 
Any requests for cancellation should be sent to womanup@car.org.

On or before May 11:
C.A.R. will issue a full refund, including hotel fees if applicable.

​

May 12 – May 28:
C.A.R. will issue a credit, excluding the amount of hotel fees (if applicable), that can be used for future WomanUP!® events.  No refunds will be issued.

 

May 29 and after:       
No refunds (including hotel fees, if applicable) or credits will be issued.

 

All requests for cancellation and/or refunds are subject to the above cancellation policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including, but not limited to, personal illness, unforeseen events, or travel-related issues).

 

Cancellation by C.A.R.

 

If an event beyond C.A.R.’s reasonable control occurs (including, but not limited to, any acts of government, war conditions, pandemics, fire, flood, or other act of God) that, in C.A.R.’s sole discretion, would make holding the WomanUP!® 2023 Retreat impossible, inadvisable, or commercially impracticable, then C.A.R. may cancel the WomanUP!® 2023 Retreat.  In the event of such cancellation, C.A.R. will, in its sole discretion, provide such remedy as it deems appropriate, and any such remedy will be the sole and exclusive remedy for the cancellation.
